Factory TV Signage – Terms of Service

Factory TV Signage is an internal application designed to distribute approved site communication content from Google Drive to Raspberry Pi devices connected to television displays.

By using or authorising the application, you agree that it may access Google Drive content according to the permissions granted through Google OAuth.

The application is intended only for authorised internal business use.

Users must not use the application to:

• Access Google accounts or files without authorisation.

• Distribute unlawful, inappropriate or unauthorised material.

• Attempt to bypass security controls.

• Modify the application or its authentication configuration for unauthorised purposes.

• Provide access credentials or OAuth tokens to unauthorised persons.

The application is provided for operational convenience and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable operation, but continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Network outages, internet outages, Google Drive availability, hardware faults or other technical issues may temporarily affect content updates.

The Raspberry Pi devices are designed to retain and display the most recently downloaded signage content if Google Drive or network access is temporarily unavailable.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that content placed in the signage Google Drive folder is appropriate, accurate and authorised for display.

Use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.
