Factory TV Signage – Privacy Policy

Factory TV Signage is an internal application used to distribute site communication content to television displays using Raspberry Pi devices.

The application connects to Google Drive using Google OAuth authentication. Its purpose is to access authorised signage content stored in Google Drive and download that content to approved Raspberry Pi devices for local playback.

The application may access the following information:

• Google account authentication information required to authorise access.

• Files and file metadata available through the Google Drive permissions granted to the application.

• OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain authorised access.

The application is configured to use read-only Google Drive access. It does not intentionally create, modify, delete or share Google Drive files.

OAuth authentication tokens are stored locally on authorised Raspberry Pi devices and are used only to maintain access to the approved Google Drive account.

Factory TV Signage does not sell, rent or trade user information. Information accessed through Google Drive is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling or analytics.

Google account information and Drive content are used only for the operation of the signage system.

Access to the application is intended only for authorised personnel and approved signage devices.

Google account access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account security settings.
